TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE - 75% (plus VAT) of monthly rent

Bond Retention/Return Service - £50 (Applicable to Tenant Find Only package)

Our Tenant Find Only service includes advertising and marketing, accompanied viewings, negotiating and preparing all necessary paperwork and documents to current standards of legislation. 

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE

Arrangement Fee -  £240

Monthly Management Fee - £12% of monthly rent

The fully managed service includes advertising and marketing, accompanied viewings, negotiating, preparing all documents to current standards of legislation and moving a tenant into a property. The monthly fee briefly encompasses conducting quarterly inspections of the property and arranging remedial work if necessary; Arranging annual gas safety certificates; Dealing with tenants issues relating to the property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Collection of rent.

Inventory Fees - We use an independent company to carry out inventories. The cost of this will vary in relation to the size of the property.  We highly recommend an inventory for each change in tenant.  

TENANT FEES

Holding Fee - 1 weeks rental payment is required to secure a property.  This holding fee will be used towards the deposit following successful referencing. This payment is non-refundable in the event of failing referencing, giving false or misleading information or not moving into a property within a given timescale.
