The Tenant Find Only service includes advertising and marketing, accompanied viewings, negotiating and preparing all necessary paperwork and documents to current standards of legislation.

FULLY MANAGED ARRANGEMENT FEE: £180

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE10% (plus vat) of monthly rent

The fully managed service includes advertising and marketing, accompanied viewings, negotiating, preparing all documents to current standards of legislation and moving a tenant into a property. The monthly fee briefly involves conducting quarterly inspections at the property and arranging remedial work if necessary; Arranging annual gas safety certificates; Dealing with tenants issues relating to the property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; Collection of rent.

TENANCY RENEWAL FEE: £90

We recommend an inventory for each change in tenant, carried out by an independentcompany. The cost of this will vary depending on the size of the property. Prices start at £96 to £198.

When applying for a tenancy with Crown the following fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Not all fees may be applicable.
